Myself and one other designer redesigned an aquired webapp from the ground up including user research, a new IA, and many initial wireframes mapping out the admin, applicat and review workflows. Seen below are two examples of admin workflow builder and the applicant portal appearance designer.

The admin experience

Admins configure multi-stage application and review workflows, edit stage settings, customize the style of the applicant-facing portal, and oversee all applications and reviewer assessments.

The applicant experience

Applicants submit grant applications through a fully responsive interface, complete and manage their submission tasks, and view real-time feedback and reviews.

Responsive applicant experience

The applicant interface is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, allowing users to browse programs, fill out application forms and submit their applications seamlessly on any device.
